'Mahachatrapasa Apratihachakrasan Rujuvulasa' (of Great Satrap Rajuvula of the Invincible Chakra' in Kharoshti) Herakles standing front, head to left, raising his right hand in salute and holding club and lion skin in his left; to left, swastika; around, legend in Kharoshti.
